How much space will I need?
Domestic
A good starting point is often the number of bedrooms in your property. This provides a fairly accurate estimate of the storage space you will need.
If you wish to store the contents of your loft or garden shed, list any large individual items and then add any additional boxes and discuss it with us.
Business
Let us know the number of boxes, or size of the office, warehouse or stockroom whose contents you need to store and we will work out the required storage space. See pictures of our storage facilities HERE.
8 x Tea Chest or 25 x Archive Boxes = 2 sq metres
20 x Tea Chest or 50 x Archive Boxes = 4 sq metres
100 Archive Boxes = 4 sq metres (no aisle space)
100 Archive Boxes = 6 sq metres (with aisle space)

Transit Van
The standard transit holds around 3.5 sq metres. It is ideal for clearing single bedroom properties, single garages or small offices.
Luton or Large Van
Lutons or larger vans come in many shapes and sizes. Most can hold around 7.5 sq metres. They are ideal for clearing 2 bedrooms properties, double garages or medium sized offices.
Separate Body Lorry
These can be hired in a multitude of sizes and can typically hold up to 7.5 tons or 16 sq metres of storage. Ideal for long distance journeys, complete house moves or for larger or heavier items they can be driven on a standard driving license.
